https://www.facebook.com/myron.howard.5" rel="nofollow - Sunday night a little before midnight.
He was taken by ambulance to Kingwood Medical Center where he was stabilized and checked out. Turns out the electrical impulses to his heart got out of wack, cramped his heart, and in turn he had his heart attack. They hooked him up to all me necessary stuff and took good care of him.
Yesterday was a great day for Myron!
This morning his heart got out of rhythm again. He was transferred by LifeFlight downtown where he has been resting comfortably most of the afternoon.
Later in the evening he started to move around, see people, squeezing hands and so forth.
They worked with him this afternoon as if he is a new arrival and will be doing more tests over the next few days and come up with a plan.
I will keep y'all posted as new info is available and as I feel necessary to share.
Thanks to everyone who has know and has already been checking on Myron.
The above from his son.

He's a good guy, that Myron.  I always enjoyed his posts on this BBS and my interactions with him, especially the political, or perhaps I should say the politically incorrect, topics.  I hope he recovers ASAP and continues to enjoy life as much as possible. Thumbs Up

Myron has helped me out before with this BBS, and I am asking the Lord to help him out now. May he ride with Doc at least once in his life.

I met Myron in the early 90's at the TRITON BASE in Deer Park and also  worked with him when he became involved in the Cavalla Restoration Project with John Fredricks, Gil Raynor, Warshot, Roy Ator, Jon Krup, Ric Hedman and others.
Myron is aways helpful and cheerful and optimistic.  I pray that the doctors get him restored soon.

Myron and I talk frequently on the phone.  He was the first one to call me when my brother died and over the years we have become good friends.  We share a love of big motorcycles and I plan on riding with him in the future; "Lord Willing"

Get well soon, Myron.  The world needs people like you

I was just reading through some old stuff when I saw this posting.

Get well Myron. Do the cardio rehab thing if they offer it in your area. A
great confidence rebuilder. Worked for me. Was covered by Medicare too.

Heart functioning at 25% and Dr. says it will not improve.  Today however he sat in a chair.  Ventilator is off and heart assistance machines off.  They will look at his meds and perhaps he will be home soon. His bike riding days are over I'm afraid.
He has a son in Houston and many friends.  Another son in CA I believe.
