I found it!  Royal Inn at the Wharf
Found it in an old National Submarine Review (now American Submariner) magazine.  l
Also noticed we had 14 Bases in 1977.  Now at 164!

If you are trying to get the information to fill in the table shown on:  http://www.ussvi.org/cvnsites.htm (couldn't get the hyperlink to work) there needs to be a lot more updates going back as far as 2002.
